Bringing an Italian Brand to NYC

To celebrate Ideanomics’ acquisition of Energica Motor Company and the fact that Energica would leave the MIlan stock exchange to trade under NASDAQ: IDEX, Skyya organized an analyst and press day at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. Complete with the Times Square tower messaging, a ceremonial ride in Times Square and subsequent press rides in Manhattan throughout the week, the event was a success and was widely attended by media and analysts alike.

2. All coverage was positive in sentiment and included key messages from the new business unit as well as furthering Ideanomics narrative about why this acquisition is important for the brand

3. Times Square tower messaging was secured at no cost, which has a retail value of tens of thousands of dollars if the company decided to pay for ad space

4. Successful press rides were held in the following days with journalists resulting in strong ride reviews

5. Increased visibility of Energica Motor Company within the US and built excitement for the vehicle in the market
